Breakfast of Champions

I've been trying to eat healthier lately.  So this past week, I started each morning with an egg.  My kind of breakfast.

I also had rabbit, however he only lasted two mornings.  I usually go for the ears first. What body part is the first to go on your Easter rabbits?
